Being productive is all about having great habits. It's all about
keeping it simple. Here are some habits that work well for me.

1.    Start each day the right way - ensure
       you have breakfast.

2.    Do something important (eat a frog)
       before you check your email. Checking
       emails first in the morning is a sure fire
       way to get hijacked.

3.    Empty all tasks from your head onto
       your to-do lists (yes, you should have multiple to-do lists) including the
       following - administrative & accounts, marketing, projects, operations,
       team members (I have one list for each team member), this week,
       today, waiting for (this is one of my favourites), personal and any other
       significant areas of responsibility or projects that you have.  ..
